Welcome to AI Clothes Changer. This Credits Policy explains how credits work on our platform, how they relate to our pricing plans, and our refund policy for credit purchases. By purchasing credits, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
What Are Credits?
Credits are the virtual currency used on AI Clothes Changer to access our AI image tools. Credits are deducted each time you generate or process an image. One account may hold credits from multiple purchases; all credits follow the validity rules described below.
Credit Usage
Every AI image generation costs 20 credits, including:
- AI Clothes Changer — virtual outfit changes
- AI Celebrity Look Alike — celebrity face matching
- AI Image Watermark Remover — watermark removal
Credits are only consumed when a generation completes successfully. If a generation fails due to a system error, credits may be refunded to your account at our discretion.
Credit Packages
We offer one-time credit packages. All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase:

Approximate image counts are based on 20 credits per image. Actual usage may vary if credit costs change in the future.

Credit Validity
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be restored.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
Within 24 Hours of Purchase
If you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, you may receive a refund for the unused portion of your credits, calculated proportionally based on the amount you paid.
For example, if you purchased the Pro plan (1,500 credits for $11.99) and used 100 credits, we would refund the monetary value corresponding to the remaining 1,400 unused credits.
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your account email address
- Order or payment reference (if available)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and process eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe.
After 24 Hours
If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, refunds are generally not supported, except where required by applicable law. Credits that have already been used are not refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Credits that have already been consumed for image generations
- Requests made after the 24-hour window (unless required by law)
- Expired credits past the 12-month validity period
- Violations of our Terms of Service
Payment
All credit packages are one-time payments processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Credits Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
